"The staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a slight heating issue which they sorted very quickly. The hotel is clean, but a bit old fashioned in décor, the bathrooms are modern though. Breakfast is worth the extra. The free parking is a bonus."

"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. "Lovely b and b. Friendly staff. Only things that would of been even better: Kitchen open for dinner, although i guess its because its not busy at all. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and although it was very tasty would be good to have more choice especially for the price, e.g yogurt, pastries, fresh fruit and maybe something like an omelette instead of full english but thats just personal choice!
