"clean room. room ready before check in time which was fabulous. Staff very helpful Breakfast was fabulous too. Hotel right beside McDonald's which is handy for hungry kids. 5 minute walk from Trafford Centre. £20 in an uber from piccadilly station. "

"Hotel under construction. Charging full price disgraceful. Massively in convent. Bathroom dysfunctional and the shower access almost impossible. No lounge. No all day bar or restaurant. Unsafe cab drop off and access to temporary reception clearly not thought through, Two elevators to get to the room with no assistance for seniors. Shameful arrogance on the part of Hilton."

"My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. Breakfast staff seemed embarrassed to have to explain the routine to each table. I mentioned it at...

"No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

"This is not walking distance from the Manchester airport. Just a heads up. Shuttle was not running & I found out that it only runs a few hours very early mornings. So just be prepared to spend 15 to 20 pounds for a taxi ride. With that said, great place. Needed a place to stay for about 10 hours to get a shower and nap before my next leg of an overseas flight. Also didn’t want one that charged me $250 for that privilege! Premier Inn was the answer. I love their clean neat rooms, comfortable...

"Lovely friendly people, clean room and a great breakfast. But . . . No TV signal in the room and the thermostat in the shower has failed so it just went hot, cold, hot, cold etc. Wi-Fi also very weak, but just about usable. Okay stay, but they need to get on top of maintenance"

"The room was spacious and reasonably clean. Quite basic but serviceable. What was not good was the bathroom: we understand that a shared bathroom depends a lot on the other guests, but the grime on the toilet and in the bath tub was days old. We chose not to shower here this morning because we didn’t feel at ease."
