"Very convenient and new hotel "

"Ok laundry facilities, excellent staff, bathroom was not clean."

"ホテルのスタッフさんはみんな対応が良くて満足でした。でもシャトルバスがとても不便でした。帰りの乗り場がちゃんと決まっていないためバスが後ろの方にとまったら走ってバス乗場まで行かなくては行けないのでほんとに不便でした。それにベビーカーで乗り降りするときも運転手さんは知らん顔で何の手伝いもしてくれませんでした。そういう決まりなんですか?他のホテルの運転手さんは乗るときも降りるときも介助してくれたのに。ほんとに残念でした。ホテルは良かったのにバスのせいで2度と行く気にはなれません。せっかく楽しみにしていた旅行も楽しみが半減してしまいました。"

"Very close to the train station and shopping. Staff were very helpful with checking in. We used a luggage delivery service and the front desk staff were very kind with providing updates on our luggage as well as storing suitcases for us prior to checking into our room."
