"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"Lovely hotel and a very pleasant stay overall. Only downside was that the air con didn't seem to work very well and I don't believe the window opened. I was boiling during the night! Amazing being able to use the spa and pool in the morning, it was £10 which is very reasonable but it would've been nice if it had been included in the hotel cost as a guest perk. We had an accessible room which wasn't necessary but it was nice and spacious. Some of the amenities in the toilet looked a little...

"My stay at this Holiday Inn in the UK was wonderful. My family and i stayed here while staying in England before leaving on a cruise in June 2026 and i absolutely happy we selected this hotel for our short stay as the hotel was clean, our rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful with not only helping us with transportation , exploring London and purchasing food.
