"Communal areas are recently refurbished and well maintained. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is standard buffet but good. Rooms now need refurbishing as they are a little tired. "

"The only downside to the hotel is the lack of parking. Whilst you can pre-book reserved parking at the railway station it's a 5 minute walk away, so not ideal with luggage, particularly if it's raining. However, that won't put me off staying again as everything else about it is wonderful! Our room, which was an executive king size, was lovely and big and the bed was very comfortable and much bigger than our king size bed! "Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay . "
