"Rude staff, extremely unwelcoming from the front desk. Dirty bathrooms. Room and hallway full of mosquitoes. The worst hotel. After the first night, we immediately checked out at 7 AM the next morning. Never boo this place."

"We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The family suite was spacious, and they had added a rollaway bed for our third child. Bathrooms were very clean. Balcony with pool and sea view was fabulous - watched the sunrise a few mornings from there. Breakfast buffet was huge, with all the options you could want. The pools were great for everyone: Lots of space to swim and play and our youngest liked the kids pool with slide and bucket. Food at pool bar was delicious and good options for lunch....
