"Beautiful hotel. Staff exceptional.
Right on the beach front. Multiple pools to choose from. Several bars / restaurants in the hotel.
Walk along beach promenade with selection of other hotel bars ( theses are all high end so prices reflect this )

"Rooms should be cleaned in a reasonable time frame. In our case, we left our room early in the morning and, when we got back in the mid afternoon, it was still without service. Not cool when you are on a vacation and wish to be back to a clean and tidy room. Simple when one is paying what one must pay to stay at this Hotel in Nusa Dua."
