"We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was exceptional, especially Odalys, Andrea, and Edgar, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Since my birthday was at the beginning of the month, they surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. They also sent a beautiful cake and a bottle of champagne to my room, making the celebration even more memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made us feel truly valued. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future. Excellent experience!"
