"Loud music from 9 am on to late night, party vibes, not relaxing at all. Could never get away from the noise, except early morning when pools were closed. Noticable sewage odors around the main buffet restaurant. Most restaurants closed during the day so only buffet or pizza available most of the time. Food quality 5/10. Tasteless, bland, dishes not as described - and many menus were not translated correctly making them very hard to understand. Some outstanding wait and barista staff and...

"This was a great experience. From the food and drinks, to the activities offered in the resort. We were beyond satisfied and will definitely be visiting again!"

"Rooms very outdated, only two charging plugs near the bed. The bed was rusty, bouncy and uncomfortable, showers lack a extractor and smells and of course the bathroom is very rusty for that reason. Food was below average, simple, including all restaurants and buffet. Also they dont have anything to eat after 9.pm so you are on you own after that, only some frozen burgers and burritos at the sportsbar that look disgusting. You must be drunk to eat that stuff and finally room service at all."
