"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Very big and clean hotel. Staffs were great and helpful. However, it would be nice if they could modify/ include some meats to the breakfast buffet, for those who want to have a brunch. The transportation was another cons for the stay. The shuttle bus provided takes too long time to get to haram and they drop you half way and make you take public bus just to drop you off under bridge of clock tower. The haram masjid is just about 3- 5 mins drive away if you drive straight down the road....

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"That was very bad experience this time We paid for deluxe room we got a regular room Non body was taking care of this issue we were Bouncing between Expedia and the property who can fix the issue we ended up by staying ( not our choice ) Expedia taking time to respond and time running out Hopefully they give us a refund for the inconvenience Room service was horrible Staff not professional Communication between staff very slow sorry I being negative but this is not the HILTON we know...

"Everything was perfect .. except Mangal restaurant, wasn’t good at all! The amount of meat wasn’t enough for 7 people and it was way less compared to last year! Please watch the quality and the serving of this restaurant because I wasn’t happy about it. Also the bar in this restaurant wasn’t good, the blue lagoon drink doesn’t taste at all! The salt restaurant was amazing! Coffee planet on the beach was exceptional"

"Me and my husband stayed in the Hilton suites hotel for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the welcome greetings of the front desk to the great service of the house keeping to the breakfast buffet and their nice staff and the restaurant staff and I don’t want to forget the amazing view of the hotel seeing the masjid Al Haram Everything was great and I will definitely plan to visit again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
