"We stayed in a dog friendly room and paid £25 extra for the night. I assumed that would go towards deep cleaning. Sadly not the case. The beverage area had previous splashes from drinks over the surfaces, the mugs were stained, mini bar fridge had crusted dried food on the shelf, bathroom tiles had dried toothpaste marks, towels were verging on threadbare.
