Cari Hotel di Runnymede

"This property backs onto the Thames River. Rooms facing the river are quiet. We enjoyed our stay. There are walking paths along both sides of the Thames. Sainsbury & other services close by, plus numerous restaurant choices. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, but we didn’t eat or drink there. Looked fine. Rooms were clean. No lift at this property. Staff very kindly assisted in bringing our heavier bags upstairs to our rooms. We managed to get them downstairs on our own. Property is close...

"Staff"

"Property was ok. Staff was great."

"Amazing staff nothing was to much trouble beautiful hotel no complaints I visit regularly"

"Arrived very late and there was a problem with our original allocation but Waleed sorted out a better room, parking and made sure we werent inconvienced even showing us directly to the room. Room was v clean, comfy, good value for money"

"We were only in England for five days so I did not get the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I had hoped, plus the weather was uncooperative. The staff and restaurant and rooms were lovely though. I have a local friend in chertsey who was able to drive us (me and my friend )to the nearby train station when we wanted to go into London. Otherwise it is a short Uber ride to get to Weybridge train station. The prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend."

"I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before I was seen to. No staff in reception on my return at 7.45pm. In the morning the shower took about 6 mins to warm up. Tv didn’t have any standard channels, just yesterday, shopping and a few others. No one in reception when I left at 10.30am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre stay."

"I am suprised this hotel accommodation has not been condemned, obviously the building, hygiene, health, hotel inspectors have never visited. I have stayed in various locations around the world including Sudan, Zimbabwe, Belize in the outback with no basic infrastructure facilities, and I've got to say the Swan Inn, Heathrow Airport would fit in well it amongst them. Third World outback accommodation has hit 16 High Street, Staines TW19 7JS. Apart from that I don't think I'll be rushing back...

"Friendly staff and quick check-in. Delicious full english breakfast. Shower had black mould. Shower and sink slow to drain. Air conditioning worked well but very dusty."

"We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay"

"Always an exceptional stay. The sleeping rooms are clean with comfortable beds and well appointed. The restaurant food is very good with friendly service."

"The hotel is in serious need of renovation and better maintenance. The rooms and facilities look outdated, and cleanliness needs significant improvement. Overall, the property requires major upgrades and a much higher standard of cleaning to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"A fantastic stay with our dog with easy access to Virginia Water. The staff were excellent and super helpful."

"★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...
