"Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying. "

"Excellent family room with comfy beds and even sofa bed was big and comfy. Hotel is lovely and spacious and my girls loved the pool and play area - lovely thoughtful touch. Breakfast was ok but not amazing, good value for the stay. "
