"Excellent location with Richmond park on your doorstep, lovely gardens and easy to walk or taxi into the centre of Richmond or Kew Gardens - a couple of lovely pubs nearby.Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Didn't have food, but had lovely cocktails at the bar"

"Good room. Never saw the owner. A handy person let me and gave me the keys. Had a nice room and separate bathroom (very old school B&B). The house is under renovation but it didn't impact my stay at all. I'd stay again. Very close to everything. Couldn't say about parking as I used the metro. Loads of restaurant/cafe choices close by"

"Lovely hotel, next to Richmond park. Great staff. A minor maintenance issue with the room was immediately fixed despite the fact it was a bank holiday weekend. Friendly, efficient welcome, Tasty fresh breakfast buffet in lovely space, comfortable bed and good shower. Huge range of excellent pub, cafe and restaurant options nearby. Beautiful walks in Richmond park or along the river in both directions."
