"El hotel es bonito, está bien para un anoche si estás de paso y tiene caminando el malecón lo que en la noche permite ir a cenar ahí, no hay muchos comercios por ahí pero caminando llegas al museo maya y el antiguo mercado"

"Great amenities true five start service. Did notice the WIFI was spotty in areas this year. In years past the WIFI was great everywhere. Maybe something for the resort to look at. "

"Rooms were clean and cleaned daily by staff. They also did a good job stocking the mini fridge. We did lose power one morning, but it wasn't out too long.
My only complaint was with booking restaurants. When we logged on every morning at 8:00 a.m most of the restaurants were already booked or didn't have enough space for us. We did eat at the seafood restaurant one night, and I'm sorry to say the food was not good. We are not picky people, but the fish was mushy, and no one liked their meal....

"Everyone at this hotel is so friendly and wonderful, the stay was gorgeous for our honeymoon. We were treated to a honeymoon breakfast at our room, splurged on a love spa package and a romantic sunset dinner on the waterfront but even without these additional items our stay was incredible. We had the best time from adventures on our patio tour with Dayana, the conversations with buggy cart drivers at all hours of the day, the wonderful bartender Martin learning about the origins of tequila,...
