"2nd time staying here. Overall had a great stay. Spa and Sauna was great as always. Room needs some refurbishing. Always had moisture on the window. Needs some air circulation. My first morning for breakfast I had to wait more than half an hour to get my coffee. And when it did arrive they gave me a wrong type. Breakfast was average too. Overall happy with the stay."

"Overall the rooms were well appointed, very clean, and up to date. No major issues at all. The hotel being outside of the cbd was a double edged sword - no easy walk to restaurants, but also much calmer and relaxed. It may have been onboarding/training during low season, but there were occasional staff struggles with routine requests. Dramatic mix between very good staff, very new staff, and staff that were posturing."

"The view was stunning. However little things dragged it down.The initial room did not match the photo on the website. Staff were able to fix that. Check in and having the room serviced were an issue although staff were very polite and friendly when they arrived. The lack of little things such as replacement floor mat or a decent in house coffee or coffee maker and no night light in a very dark bathroom tempered the experience. "

"As always our stay at crowne plaza queenstown is enjoyable. Great customer service. Nothing is too much to ask for. Position can't be beaten. Breakfast was awesome. Our only issue was with the smell of gas from the kitchen beneath us early in the morning if we opened our balcony door. Reception dealt with our issue immediately and even offered to move our room for us. Bathroom needed a little more tlc but otherwise housekeeping was excellent.
