"Really cool hotel just off the Square. Minor glitch my shower got hot and cold like super hot and super cold every 10 seconds so couldn’t take a shower but you know stuff happens"

"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. "This was the best stay of my 20-day trip through Italy. The hotel is directly in front of a ferry stop, which made things so easy when we first arrived. I was travelling with my mom, and while we managed ok in more distant rentals in Venice, I wish we had stayed here for the entire trip. The room was clean, so comfortable and attractively finished. "Great location if you decide to stay in Venice. There’s a supermarket just across the bridge. The staff were super friendly and helpful. they messaged me with directions to the hotel and arranged a water taxi for us to get to the airport. "Overall the hotel experience was good!! if your are traveling with teenagers and young adults is great, they have a lot of activities very well planned out. The only down to this stay is that they need to clean the bathrooms a little more. Other than that the hotel was very nice, super close to the train to go to Venice and lot of restaurants and shopping close by."
