"All the staff operate with a very high level of customer service. My room was comfortable, beautiful and very clean. It's in a fantastic location for restaurants, site seeing and ferries. I like that you drop your key at the desk with them before exiting each time. They not only get to know their guests, but as an individual traveler it felt like another safety check for me 24/7."

"Great front desk folks as they are open 24 hours and kept our luggage while we are away. They are very knowledge able about the surrounding restaurants, especially the vaporetto timings (ferry/boat) and they called and booked a table for us, as they are such a nice people. I can stay again just because of the front desk folks."
