"Nature! Lovely. Star gazing, animals / birds/ insects discovery. Quiet, relax, simplicity. Very good nature environment for toodlers to explore Resort surroundings. Hardly wait for durian trees to fruit few months down the road, am wondering whether stay-in guests will have the chances to enjoy free durian fresh from the trees? Room service did a very good job to clean up the room daily. Come and relax!"

"We paid online for queen + single bed room but when we arrived they told us that our room is not available due to dysfunctional air-cond. So they just give us a room with queen size bed + extra bed. The room are small and cramp with the extra bed plus 2 kids. The shower also running very slow. Cleanliness is a so-so. If I knew our room are not available & haven’t paid yet i would probably move to another hotel. A bit pricy for a small & cramp room because we’re expecting a bigger room at the...

"the receptionist is so not friendly and not attentive at all. she said that i have not made any booking when she is the one who did not made proper check. the check-in process is not smooth because of the receptionist lady and she is having hearing problem. it is annoying to wait for the receptionist lady to finish chatting with her friend/ bf on the phone for movie reservation before she process my check in."

"In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Hasn’t seen a new coat of paint in years and the last one was poorly down. I can’t say anything positive about the breakfast. Amy at reception was the one very positive exception to this place. She helped me to a arrange a cab even after she was done for the day!"
