"Allocated me a dirty room (like literally not cleaned with towels on floor etc). Next room had aircon but it didn’t works they said they would fix but never did. Service at breakfast was terrible one day (fine the other)."

"Good amount of parking although either a trek to reception or the room as the equidistant spaces were all full. Check in felt convoluted and confused - eg the payment and whether breakfast was included or not. It was a bit of a faff getting to reception as we were not allowed through the normal entrance owing to a wedding and so had to enter through a side entrance - all quite bizarre.
