"The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition there were gnats, flies, dust, and overall poor cleanliness. I called the front desk the first night and spoke with Destiny, who apologized and said housekeeping and maintenance would come by, but no one ever showed up.
I called again the following day, but no one answered, so I left a message and never received a callback. The service throughout our stay was unacceptable.
