"The hotel is professional. Check in and out was easy and fast. The room is clean and tidy. But i didnt get the king or queen bed, so the sleep wasnt comfortable because we had to move 2 beds close. Spa, gym, relaxation room and a pool are available. The concierge are top notch. Lication is fantastic."

"Firstly, compliments to the staff who went out of their way to organise an ophthalmologist appointment for me because of a minor eye infection. The clinic was in short walking distance and the cost only 5000 yen!! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Osaka Station which gives you access to tons of shopping, dining and rail options. "Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. "This hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean with excellent daily service of our room. The 24 hour gym was very good but additional cross trainer machines would have been useful.
