"The staff were very helpful and made our stay during special by the festive decorations, having Christmas snacks available, had a person dress as a Christmas tree, and placing a snack fill holiday boot on our doors for Christmas Day. The room was spotless. The room had pajamas, and slippers. We got a connecting room for our family. The hotel looks newer and more modern compared to the surrounding area. "

"Superb location. Directly connected to Exit 12 of Namba station. Across the road from food and shopping. Short walk to Kuromon market and dotonbori/shinsaibashi. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food and beverages. Rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards. Cleanliness was good. Toilet with bathtub and rain shower. Beds and pillows not very comfortable Rooms on one side of the building get a lot of road noise which can be very...
