Butler Service was excellent

The hotel was beautiful, food great, and the butler service was very helpful setting up reservations, planning day trips, and coordinating our schedule. It was definitely the best stay of our trip in Japan.

This is a beautiful property in a great location, adjacent to a metro stop. The service and the rooms were perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful at night, with a view of the Osaka skyline. Recommend a stay here in this beautiful city!

St Regis hotel was great location and close to the shopping alley. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with booking lunch reservations. The rooms were spacious with great butler service. The outdoor patio was beautiful and the indoor bar beautifully played live music with great cocktails. The breakfast was included and was delicious with lots of options.
