Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful property in a great location, adjacent to a metro stop. The service and the rooms were perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful at night, with a view of the Osaka skyline. Recommend a stay here in this beautiful city!
