"Stayed two nights at the Fitzwilliam Hotel last week and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. A huge shout out to the concierge desk consisting of Gerard, Paul, and Gavin; all of whom went out of the way to make our first visit to Belfast comfortable and memorable. "We had a wonderful stay at Maldron Hotel Belfast. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, with all the facilities in good working order. "The information on parking was totally wrong. The hotel has no car park of its own.- We wasted loads of time trying to get into the car park recommended (after we booked). It was fenced off. We got the correct information from staff to use another car park opposite.. Things then went smoothly and it cost us £10 for 24 hours. The hotel website (and the information sent once you have booked) needs to be corrected as soon as possible."

"The room was nice. We had a king size bed (American sized) and a fold out hide a bed (bigger than a twin American, but smaller than a double) for our child to sleep in. They advertise that there’s more than one restaurant, but there’s only one. The food was average, nothing special, but also you know just pretty satisfactory. Also, it’s not really located in the heart of things. It’s definitely on the outskirts so getting an Uber took a while. I’d say stay here if you want a nice comfortable...
