"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "

"Beautiful, peaceful location. Cathy and Noel are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous. Try the Ulster Fry! Room was spacious and comfortable. Hope to stay again."

"Easy check in, great modern vibes and clean spacious rooms with tea/coffee facilities hairdryer and good toiletries provided with powerful shower.. Great central location. Parking at a discounted rate nearby. There was a chargeable buffet breakfast available, that looked good and there was plenty of hot & cold choices."

"This building is an iconic building in Belfast tranformed now into a beautiful hotel retaining many of the original features and materials with a modern twist . Excellent in every way from facilities to staff. Right in the heart of the City . The breakfast tables weren't properly set up, we were offered tea but no toast, the cereal's offered were adequate but the cooked breakfast had obviously been sitting uncovered for quite a while and the fried eggs were hard."

"Excellent location lots of coffee shops .Ulster Museum and Botanical Gardens with Free Access within walking distance ,in addition to Queens University and the Seamus Heany Queens University centre . 20 min walk to City Centre and public transport if you need it . VIBRANT CITY WITH LOTS TO DO AND SEE . "

"Pros - close to many sights, restaurants, and things to do in Belfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons - Waring St is extremely noisy. I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Monday, and each night, including Sunday night, I had to wear my noise-canceling AirPods to bed in order to sleep. You will hear yelling, carrying on, and also music if your room faces Waring Street (main entrance to hotel) like my room did. The interior of the hotel is quiet enough but the street noise was intolerable....
