The attention to detail and care with which every query was carried out were phenomenal. As for the food, it was on a whole other level of quality and creativity - worthy of a Michelin star!

I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally amazing. Besides the staff at the hotel going above and beyond in every aspect, from the front desk to restaurant, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. They make you feel so welcomed and like their happy your there. I would 100% stay here again.. thank you so much.

Avery pleasant stay , our room was small but very clean and comfortable, we were only staying one night ! All staff were very friendly and very welcoming, we had breakfast which was really very good , I’m gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating and had everything that I needed ! I would definitely recommend this lovely quiet, charming hotel ! We will return!

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. The rooms, divine. The food, outstanding. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We can't wait to return!

Amazing!! 10-stars. This is not a “Hotel Stay” this is an experience. Super nice rooms and the staff is so friendly. Food is phenomenal, drinks are phenomenal. We didn’t want to leave honestly lol if you have the opportunity to stay here..do it!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! Highly recommend!

Incrível! Acomodação grande e muito bem decorada; 2 quartos, sendo um deles suite; lavado; cozinha com sala de jantar e sala de estar com lareira. Linda decoração!! Excelente roupa de cama e banho!! Café da manhã no quarto!!

The staff was amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we had many problems with the room beginning with a door that would not lock and then a broken toilet. We had to move between 2 rooms which was not ideal but i believe this new hotel will work out these problems going forward.

Exceptional

My wife and I booked this hotel hoping it would be a very comfortable and romantic place for our wedding. We were not disappointed. Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back, as will all those who visited and briefly got to enjoy the stunning room or service provided during our 48 hour stay. Thank you

This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!!

"I recently stayed at The Regency and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The architecture, design, and finishings of the entire residence was elegant and classically finished all around. And the use of the parlour was a great bonus for us, that we very much enjoyed. Location was beautiful centrally located. Overall, I would highly recommend the The Regency to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The attention to detail and exceptional service truly set this hotel apart from the rest."

Our recent November stay at Regency House was exceptional, thanks to the incredible team who truly brought the experience to life. The professionalism, warmth, and seamless organisation shown by every member of staff set this hotel apart. Each person added their own personality and skill, creating an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and effortlessly refined. From the moment we booked to the moment we departed, the service was flawless. The team went above and beyond to make our visit and Victoria’s birthday so special. The handwritten card, the dessert, the bottle of fizz, the extended check-out, arrangement of the spa facilities and last but not least, the complimentary cocktail vouchers (a special thank you to Nicky - the cocktails were divine!) were thoughtful touches that meant so much to us.
