Extensive buffet breakfast plus a la carte options - all very high standard. Room is very clean apart from a few marks on carpet. Bathroom and towels are immaculate. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bedlinen and an absolutely superb stay. We love it here and will be back!

Really lovely hotel, nice room, staff are really lovely and super helpful and positive. A good breakfast with buffet and a short a la carte menu. Bar was noisy as you would expect, with football on the screens but there is also a piano bar for quiet sitting. All in all would stay again, very nice

Great access to the sights of Derry. The hotel is very nice and the staff is exceptional. Better pillow choices would be appreciated as well as more fruit choices for breakfast. Parking was convenient and very welcome.

Excellent overnight.

Overnight stay in city for birthday. Hotel was excellent from before arrival in terms of arranging thermal spa access. On arrival we were greeted bet exceptionally friendly reception and Porter staff. Provided an umbrella for the walk across the bridge into the city. Spa was small but really good as access was managed. The evening was rounded off with cocktails in the drawing room with piano player. Breakfast excellent. Two minor things: Loud music from party in neighbouring brewery (stopped at a reasonable time) No fridge in room. Have booked to return.

1 night stay in Derry which just isn’t long enough! Excellent staff on check in and when we came back at midnight and needed letting in. The guy in the evening was so lovely and friendly. The receptionist was so helpful and knowledgeable. Overall loved our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very luxurious. The only negative i would have was about breakfast Plenty of choice but the buffet was over cooked greasy and Luke warm.
