The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The lounge downstairs was a welcoming place to sit, and we even brought in our own food to enjoy in the booths in the rear of the lounge. The only negative ...

Surprisingly solid hotel & excellent service. I expected a basic hotel, rooms were pretty basic, but worked great for us as we were mostly on the go. However, the full bar service, restaurant, and excellent staff service was a lovely unexpected bonus.
