"This hotel needs to check messages of special requests. This hotel needs to have twin rooms with accessible bathrooms. People sometimes need both a twin room and accessible access to the bathroom. Staff were helpful and did their best in overcoming the challenges. Location was also good. "

"Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice room with a really good shower and toiletries. I liked the option to skip daily room cleaning to help the homeless. Nice biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities and reception happy to top up supplies when the daily room cleaning skipped."

"This hotel has seen better days… the location is great but the rooms need a serious upgrade. The carpets desperately need to be replaced. The mattress was so used and worn that it almost folded like a taco when laying on it. Super noisy from people walking upstairs and slamming doors, and a cleaner vacuuming in the morning banged on the wall of my room a few times. There were mysterious drips and stains on the walls. Everything just felt really gross and grim and I’m glad I was only here for three nights as I didn’t sleep well at all. The staff were friendly though and the foyer is nice looking, I can tell it would’ve been a lovely hotel in its prime. Sad to see it has not been kept up very well."
