"Although it's so close to departures, it's so quiet and we got a restful night's sleep before a very early flight."

"Staff was amazing. Our room was unbearably hot as air conditioning wasn't working. They brought us a portable ac unit and a fan. It helped a little but unfortunately not much. We didn't sleep well either night. But we would stay again if the ac is working! "

"The hotel is grand old building, set in established gardens with pleasant views across the Somerset levels. The staff are very pleasant, accomodating and friendly. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Thrre is pleanty of free car parking. The hotel is a large historic building and has a rambling assortment of extentions . There are no lifts meaning you have to carry your cases up and fown numerous stairs in and out of buildings and through numerous doors. Our stay coincided with a wedding ...

"Its a hidden gem for the airport. Rooms spacious, clean & comfortable. Only issue was the shower which would be easily remedied by replacing shower head...restaurant food & service really good.. only less than 20mins to airport (followed sat nav) Definitely use again on next airport visit."

"Nice friendly helpful staff . Only issue we had is the windows , very easy to climb onto for kids and the windows opened just by using the handle so no button to press in first . ((Obviously that’s not an issue everyone will have but if you have children with disabilities you may find this worrying)). Other than that it was clean , everything was as should be and we had everything we need. Very ideal place as it’s right outside the pier "

"Great location, very good staff, smiling workforce, no issues to deal with. The room was a bit tad, dated and bit smelly. Looked to be unoccupied for month. Spiders and cobwebs at many places in room Ample parking around, nice big XL size restaurant, good dinner menu, just that it closes at 8:15 for last order. Bang at the not so great beach."
