"Upon arrival to the room the bathroom lights were not working neither was the toilet. No one answered the phone when we tried to contact them had to go down to the front desk. It was all fixed by that evening but next morning toilet didn’t flush had to go down to front desk again. Got fixed by afternoon Tried to express check out using the tv according to the menu but when we chose that service it said this service is unavailable"

"The front desk were very rude. I checked in using the kiosk and when I went to the room assigned, the door-hinge was broken. I contacted front desk again and they were very rude in their behavior. The lady asked me not to touch anything in the room and asked me to contact my family who were in the room and instruct them the same thing. I told her I have a baby and if the problem takes longer to fix, I will need some place to settle down temporarily. The lady seemed to unaffected by the situation...

"The room we got was dirty not well cleaned, I found an underwear in the bathroom, they put us in another room and it wasn't clean either, not staying at this place anymore, not worth how much we pay"

"I would recommend using the app to check in and then going to the kiosk to print your own key card. You would bypass the check in line at the hotel. Family friendly hotel"
