The hotel is decent but nothing to write home about. As with most casinos you can expect the smoky and musty smell throughout. Food there was okay but at least there are many options. Room was okay. Prices are outrageous for just about anything there. To navigate from the parking to the room is a challenge if you haven’t been here before. It’s also a challenge to first find the parking. I’ve stayed here several times due to a convention that takes place inside this casino, otherwise I’d stay elsewhere. If you like shopping there are plenty of stores to visit in this hotel.

We had a great stay overall! The location was excellent and made it easy to get around the Strip. The staff was outstanding—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Our room was spacious, and we especially appreciated the large bathroom. It was comfortable and worked well for our family. The only downsides were that our “Strip view” from the 12th floor was mostly obstructed by the rooftop with air-conditioning units and signage, so it wasn’t quite the view we expected. Also, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. When we first arrived, the room was quite warm, and it took a long time to cool down. Even after that, it never got as cold as we would have liked. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the great location, spacious room, and exceptional staff.

Everything was clean and comfortable with tons of shops and places to eat connected to the casino with easy access and lots of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful. We even got upgraded to a mini suite for a small extra fee. We had a great vacation!! I’ve stayed here before and will definitely be coming back! Thanks for everything Planet Hollywood!

I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. I appreciate it's great location, and the view of the Bellagio fountains and Paris Eiffel Tower from my hotel room (upgrade to this view, if you can). A/C and hot water worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and had good pillows, not too flat or too thick. The room was cleaned daily and towels were restocked. The room also had a small fridge to keep water in. The pool was nice, and had lifeguards and bar waitresses. The hotel is attached to a mall, which is convenient, and there's a Walgreens with all the necessities, including fresh fruit cups, salads, and yogurt, on the exterior southwest corner of the complex. Cons were that the furniture in the room was beat up, drawers not able to close on both the night stand and dresser. Also, it's about a mile, mostly inside, to the nearest monorail stop in the Horseshoe.

Parking should be free for hotel guest and the pool should definitely have longer hours past 6pm. $249 resort fee plus $20 a day garage fee or $30 a day valet is totally ridiculous.

Lots Of children running up & down halls all hours . Dance convention in town . I stay here every time i come to vegas & this is first time i've been disappointed . Usually it's quiet & not a lot of family's stay , is why i always choose this hotel . But not this time , loud noises alll night people partying in rooms at 3am . Very disappointed at our stay . I think our whole floor was the kid & party floor. I told staff when we checked in it was our 15 th anniversary & Id like a quiet room & a pretty view ( i've always gotten to stay in North tower) not this time . ) Room was overlooking AC roof ugliest room ever . Fridge didn't work & Banging all night ( never could figure that noise , sounded like someone banging on Pipes ) called doewnstaird they didn't care ) just hung up on us.

Stayed here a few years ago and room was nice. This time the hot and cold knobs for the sink were practically falling off. The toilet lever was also loose. Hallway and by the elevator was dirty. It’s a good location and staff was helpful.
