"We had a fantastic stay at the Betsy. Location was amazing, hotel beautiful. Rooms were great we had a King Suite to sleep four of us and it was perfect. Plenty of space spread across two rooms. Super comfortable bed & sofa bed, great AC and lovely bathroom. Room was cleaned to a top level everyday. Are ate the restaurants"

"We arrived to the property around 11am. Our room wasn’t ready but we knew it would be ready around 4pm. They did give our family access to the tidal cove water park. Which was awesome for the kids. Around 2pm we got our room. We must say super nice room and bathroom. Alway content everytime we stayed at this hotel. For sure coming back because our kids love the room and especially the water park amenities. Also the staff is super helpful and friendly. "

"I loved the pool area and the way they took you to your chair and set it up. The resort was beautiful. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. On the other hand, the beds are horrible!"
