Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Miami

"Hotel was in a relatively good location to other attractions in the area. The room advertised was WAY smaller than appeared in the picture. We also had a view of the side of the building when we went end of September and the hotel didn’t appear to be very busy on the week days there. Found several odd things in the room like dirty socks in bedside table. Mattresses with suspicious stains on mattress covers. They offered to take care of everything but I was in and out of the room so much it...

"Best staff ever!!! Super accommodating and genuinely caring. !!! 500 stars deserved!!!"

"Perfect place to stay before a cruise. Food spots walking distance also Publix and Walgreens near walk. Had no idea the mail room was only opened certian hours but staff helped us get our packages needed for our cruise the next day! They also hold luggage in case your flight arrives early and your room isn't ready. Breakfast selection was great as well. Will definitely stay again"

"Clean room and great staff"

"Great place to stay. The host was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!"
