"A nice Hotel and staff"

"Was very disappointed with our stay, photos looked beautiful. But when we arrived the rooms were average and the restaurant not accommodating. Was far too expensive for what we got we spent most of our time out of the hotel. Not good value for money and a shame compared to the other places we stayed in New Zealand "

"Great location for what we needed close to the airport. Thank you to the friendly staff. Felt comfortable with our rental being in a gated lot."

"The hotel is super clean and the staff are excellent. The only issue was a giant beam going diagonally across the window with the million dollar view of the Remarkables. Did the architect lose his glasses??"

"The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again. Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom. I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous. "
