The location was amazing! Within a couple blocks you have the harbor or the beachfront; a few blocks down is a lovely park, lots of restaurants and shopping. Mt Maunganui hot pools and the mountain itself are right on your doorstep. Our room was large, great balcony, bathroom, and kitchen. I found that the front desk is not always manned, which is sometimes inconvenient. The drain in the shower was also a bit slow.

Really nice stay, nice big apartment. Easy checkin, great location for walking to beach, down to food spots or into town. Few things that could make it better - towels are worn and not fluffy, could do with a upgrade, curtains were light and not blockout so street lights and lights from other buildings made it harder to sleep.

Really disappointed by the condition of the room. The most frustrating part was the tv wasn’t working so no SkyTV to watch sport etc which we wanted on this rainy weekend. When we left they didn’t want to know and just said the manager is away on holiday so nothing can be done.
