"I can see why someone would be tricked into staying here if they weren’t from New York and thought they were getting an ideal location as it’s on Stone Street, but this is a hotel for people who don’t know how to stay at hotels. It’s terrible. The staff is terrible if you want absolutely no service. This is the place for you."

"客室は清潔で問題ないが、タイムズスクエアの近くということで、部屋はかなり狭めで、セミダブルのベッドも身長175cmの私でも少し足が出るくらいだったため、ベッドの長さが気になる人はいるかもしれない。ただ、ロケーションはTimes Squareに近く、AmtrakのMoynihan駅まで地下鉄で一駅、歩いても15分なので、とても便利だった。近くにベーグルやケバブの高評価のお店もあり、朝食を買いに行くにも便利。スタッフの対応はクールな感じで、特に悪いわけではない。チェックアウト後の荷物を預ける専用のスペースがあり、管理者がいたので安心してあずけることができた。"

"Clean rooms but loud and noisy. Staff seemed friendly but ineffective. Too many teens roaming the halls at night, setting off alarms late into the night waking my kids. Staff kept saying they would fix it, took more than an hour for the alarm to stop. Didn’t help that we were put right beside the elevators and heard the beeping of people getting on and off the elevator either. Also can hear delivery or garbage trucks backing up at 5:30am then again at 6am. Staff seemed unaware. Not relaxing but...

"I was entitled to silver level Perks of $51 food and beverage credit per my Expedia booking and Public did not recognize it per my invoice. Not happy about that and being charged for my food and beverage purchased. Thank you!"

"This hotel is in a very convenient location with Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Amtrak, CVS, Starbucks and parking options located within immediate walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It is an older building however it is well cared for. My room was clean and had a view of the Empire State Building."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
