"We stayed for four nights for my husband’s birthday. Check in was slow and we had booked one King and two Queen beds with strip connecting rooms but was told room wasn’t ready even at 2 pm. They gave us rooms with the stadium view. I had emailer previously to specifically request this and to ask them to help make my husband’s birthday a little special maybe with a bottle of champagne or care kit but non-existent. "The guest service was horrendous and concierge never returned our call for pool reservations and dinner reservations . Room air conditioning was not working very well either. Rudy at front desk was excellent."

"The Cosmopolitan is a beautiful hotel with many different amenities and activities, along with very helpful staff. It has a beautiful and clean interior with many different food/drink options, along with a large casino. The rooms are clean and well kept and the views are out of this world. All in all 10/10 experience and you definitely get what you what you pay for! Will definitely be coming back in the future :)"
