"Amazing property with comfortable and spacious rooms! Multiple pools with daybeds and lifeguards (bars and servers were great). Food/restaurants a bit pricey but will be back for sure!"

"Got an email from the hotel with some discounts to use during our stay, and the pool was a bit over crowded but nothing big, kids enjoyed the slides. Just wished for some shade, but they did let me bring a umbrella in to use the second day. We had 2 different reservations and we got to stay in the same room. Staff was helpful is that situation considering it was busy weekend."

Didn’t even have a refrigerator when I asked for a refrigerator specifically (I would have paid even though Vegas is the land of over charging for everything) it took forever and about 5 phone calls and 2 trips to the front desk to get one and it didn’t even work. Then said my experience had been awful and got a new fridge in 5 min. ? Bathroom door didn’t work properly. Pool had awful hours and wasn’t even that nice. Casino was blah. "The hotel is very clean. This is Bonnie to the Mai strip but we knew that when we booked. We normally stay close to the strip but wanted to try this If you want something close within walking distance this is not the place. The mandalay beach is very nice. Be prepared to shell out some money jd you wants beach chair and the feee ones aren’t available. J found the fro be ridiculously priced we had some issues without plumbing. We told them. "This hotel is beautiful and the rooms were nice and very clean. I was there for 4 days. The problem I had was while gambling each day sometimes several times a day, I could never get any assistance with getting a beverage. I would have to leave my machine and go to the bar to get a drink, that was $20.50, when it should have been free because I was gambling. I made several attempts to stop someone. As much money as I spent in the casino, I should not have had to pay for drinks."

"Check in line was very long, but staff were helpful. We waited over 4 hours for our room to which we were never told that the room was ready until we physically went back to say something. Room was very clean. Keep in mind if you stay here, there is a chance you’ll get neighbours up partying loud. They kept my fiance and I up until 4am one night partying with loud music and yelling, the walls were basically not sound proof at all. View was amazing and staff very helpful"

"Amazing customer service helped us out with the new self check in area . Was able to get early check in which was great after a long drive room was clean and beds were comfortable definitely would stay here again"
