"The airport shuttle was on time. But we didn’t like was the smoking in the hallway and the smoking in the room. It bothered our eyes and ruined our clothing with the smoke smell. They clean this hotel is non-smoking however it is not enforced. They try to mass the smoke smell by using really strong chemical in the room like a perfume. Staff at the desk was not friendly at all. The food ate my Wife 24 hour stomach sickness. The eggs are undercooked."

"The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is amazing and they do have transportation to and from the airport. However, while traveling alone, I had housekeeping knocking on my door when the do not disturb sign was on it and didn’t give me time to answer it before she walked in. That created a sense of an easiness for me. I reported it and then the second day somebody tried to enter my room. I reported it again. It’s not a very safe feeling when you hear people trying to get in your room...
