"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. There is not a single area I would complain about. Our stay in one of the executive rooms was flawless and wonderful experience."

"The rooms are clean and quiet. Hotel staff are pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast is good. If I may suggest, to have 1 elevator designated to be used by people using the pool, or they shouldn't be allowed coming in and out of the elevator wet,, making it a fall risk for other guests."
