"Great beach front property that offers yoga classes and a zen feel! The property itself is beautiful with white sand pathways leading to each little villa. This hotel is by the beach however it is about a 17-25 min walk to the more busy areas. They offer bike rentals and you can usually find a taxi or collectivo driving buy which made transportation easy.
As beautiful as the hotel is , We stayed in an ocean view king and upon arrival the room was so humid! Even with the AC running the whole...

"Not quite ready for prime time. We had premium rooms and thus the special check in and concierge. Difficult to communicate with over email prior to arrival and no better in person. One day the gym was FILTHY! No towels, no water, no wipes, HOT. No one had checked in for hours. Concierge seemed confused about issue. Making dinner reservations with her was painful. Excellent yoga program. Food at reservation only restaurants is good. Buffet etc mediocre. Breakfast was a sh*! show—tons...

"We stayed in August 2024 for my birthday. This was our 5th or 6th trip and unfortunately we will probably not return. Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. "Excellent in every way. Service and staff were helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself was gorgeous l and a nice sleepy quiet escape from the bustle of tulum. Spa and gym were fantastic. The beachfront room and patio with a hammock were otherworldly. We will be back!"
