"Transportation was awful. One from my party slipped on a spilled liquid in lobby. It was reported to Citlalli and they seemed to careless. Wanted to document in case of fracture and they made a call and said no manager was available."

"No room service, getting anything to eat after hours is difficult. Those elevators I am not sure they are even certified, the floor was lifting and uneven, digital display not working, poor lighting, broken rails. Good luck if you are stuck in there. The room I asked for an ocean view and got a room that I can’t event see the ocean properly because of a concrete barrier the balcony was useless."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The resort was filthy, rarely were dishes and towels picked up from the premises. The only wait staff that was helpful were the pool side ones and those trying to sell us a side trip. Everything took forever when asking for help. A little pricey, wish it was less m, but we were celebrating our 30th year anniversary and wanted to make sure it was top notch and we definitely received top notch service and we definitely had that and more! We walked in and it was a King bed and the balcony had no chairs or even enough room to have a chair on it. We went back down to the desk to change rooms to what we paid for which was 2 double beds but they told us they didn’t have anymore left even though other people in our party got 2 double beds after I asked to be moved. "Take into consideration that the access to the beach in front of the hotel is restricted. The closest approved beach (Medano) is a good three blocks walking through the sand. We read in Expedia, the hotel description they paid for transportation. After a call to the hotel the staff confirmed that information.
