"Everything about this place was amazing. The rooms were nice, the food everywhere was incredible and the service was top notch. We spent a couple days at the pool by Pizzeto and were served by the most incredible person, Sergio Garza. I would go back just to be served by this man, he made sure you had the best time and best service. Highly recommend."

"If you are heading to Emporio, make sure you are patient, as you will definitely have to wait a long time at check in. I waited standing in line 1h15min to check in (That's not a typo nor an exaggeration!), and it seems it is normal for this property. I booked an all inclusive via experia that seem to have disappeared, so i had to pay for it again, and my ocean view turned into a building view! "BEWARE! This was our 3rd trip to The Grand MP in the last 12 months. This will be our last. Each time we have been, more & more restrictions, less inclusions. They admitted to having higher room categories available yet refused to honour my upgrade. The manager at the front desk, Jesus, was very rude to me. Book something else. This is not the place. No updating has happened to the older buildings. They just completed construction on some of the newer buildings. They look incredible. But...
