"Most of the restaurants were closed especially during the day so you have to eat at the buffet for breakfast and then either at the buffet or the kids pizza area for lunch. Incredibly loud music constantly, it's definitely a party vibe like it was never before. Absolutely miserable stay. It would have been so much better if at least a food quality was good, but frankly it wasn't. Not up to par at all."

"if you are there for the ocean check via online search the current conditions of the sargassum ahead of time …. at certain times of year the ocean water is brown across moon palace and 100 other resorts unless you go north or to Cozumel"
