"Air conditioning doesn’t work that great bar areas smells like somebody died food wasn’t that great? look like the Food will be sat out for so long. It was hard. They do not have room Service. One of the elevator broke down. It was time wasting waiting for the other elevator. Hotel need some renovations."

"The room was amazing at Palafitos Over the Water Bungalows! A little pricey, wish it was less m, but we were celebrating our 30th year anniversary and wanted to make sure it was top notch and we definitely received top notch service and we definitely had that and more! The room was immaculate! Staff were extremely friendly and attentive! The yoga and stretching were peaceful and timely! Food was a la carte which helped in not overeating! Portion sizes and ingredients were enough to satiate!...

"Breathless definitely lived up to its name. My balcony view was gorgeous! I was able to see the beach and the sunset was amazing! The all-inclusive resort was great for drinks although the food was very American. The outdoor pools were near the bars. They had excursions on the site you could book from zip lining to catamaran tours. There was karaoke night and other entertainment in case you don't want to leave the resort. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant. The kids’ amenities were also great. However, we were disappointed with several parts of our stay. The beach was clean, but the water was not clear and was full of seaweed and debris, which made swimming uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was the room. The AC unit was located inside the closet and made a very loud noise all the time. There...
