"My first time at Moon Palace after staying in other hotels in the Zona Hotelera. Other for the beach not being swimmable, everything about this hotel was amazing: the service, the staff, amenities, food. Everything also very clean and organized."

I thought initially it was all the seaweed, but one day I walked out far past my bungalow, and the water became much clearer. Near the bungalow, it just looked, funky, and SMELLED. "We rented a beachfront Casita with plunge pool. Property said it was private and it was anything but private. I could touch hands with the lady in the punch Pool next to us and the whole hotel was looking down at us. Nice pool, but no bar nice view, but you can’t swim in the ocean.
