"This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back . "

"Staff was great, everything else wasn’t. We did not get the room we booked, gym was crowded, pool situation sucked. People go down and put towels on chairs at 7am and then show up around 12-1pm. There are signs that say you can’t leave your stuff unattended for more than 30 min but that’s not enforced. There was construction going on that was loud and annoying while at the pool. Food was ok. Overall just ok. Would not recommend and would not go back. "

Special thanks to the animation team for the fun, entertaining events that they work so hard on putting together. Krystel from guest services looked after us during our stay with check ins every day to see if we needed anything and provided us the list of events for the day.
