"I have stated this resort three times total and absolutely loved it every time. The restaurants are all so good. All of the pools are amazing! But the best part is that it feels like you’re in a rainforest and all the animals. I would also like to add, how amazing the staff is every single person we interacted with was phenomenal. The only thing that I think that could be improved is being able to reserve more than just three restaurants for dinner per stay! "

"Great property with supportive staff. Very kid centered. My kids loved the resort and all the activities and amenities they had to offer. Had some minor issues however the staff were quick to reconcile them and check in with us thereafter. Recommended this place for families. Would be nice if the beach was more developed. "

"Beautiful resort loved every minute of it. The restaurants were top notch. Poulete was our personal assistant. Poulete is an outstanding person to have working at this resort always had a smile on her face. Every morning she sent us daily activities and checked on us in the morning when she came In and before she went home. The whole staff and the place was amazing "

"This was my second time visiting the resort with my family. Our first time was in July 2024 and the second was in June 2025. The resort is beautiful - very clean, modern, and smells amazing. The staff is amazing! Everyone is consistently pleasant and eager to help if you have a question or need directions. There are quite a few dining options, as well.
