"This was my 5th time in Cancun, and this has been one of my favorite places to stay. I loved everything about the resort, My granddaughters had a blast because it has a pool side for small children. For those adults traveling alone , no problem, they have pools and restaurants for adults only. Highly recommend this resort and Expedia to book it. I was able to find a better deal !"

"Very disappointed at this hotel, don’t even believe the 9.2 rating, it’s short staffed, no waitress at the beach, no good amenities, room for some reason u can’t open the balcony doors or the floors will get wet, (condensation they said ) never seen it happen in any other hotel, restaurant by the pool open at 11am and closes at 3pm, can’t say anything staff will get mad at you, it’s just soo much bad for this hotel, would never recommend to anyone."

"At the checkout they charge me $207. Because one of those nights during my sleep I get bleeding nose and I got dirty pillow and sheets . I felt so bad what I did but I left a good tips for cleaning people.On the end I got nice surprise $207. None excuse. They told me I already signed the papers when I checked in. Never again."

"waiters in restaurants where the most friendly and polite people sellers are the worst they dont let you go buy by just saying no thank you they are rude and make smart comments very annoying. Pool was closed at 6 pm every day thats early the sea water by the hotel was dark you didnt expereince the nice blue color."

"We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Hotel Xcaret Arte. We received to fill out the list of activities, and we did it, we said the reason to visit this hotel. The day of our anniversary we went to a restaurant for dinner and to celebrate, they asked if we are celebrating something and we told them, but nothing happen, no celebration, at least we expected a plate with piece of cake and letter say "Happy anniversary" or something, but nothing. Being part of a flight crew, we came back a week later and a noticeable change compared to the first visit - lots of amenities in the room and the mini bar was kept stocked first go-around. Second visit, no bathroom amenities, tv guide wasn’t working, phone wasn’t charged, and the mini bar was never restocked. Somewhat torn on how to rate."

"El hotel es bonito, no tiene mucho que hacer, la comida está súper equis y en cuanto al entretenimiento esperaba más. Durante toda mi estancia me estuvieron despertando a las 8-9 de la mañana para ofrecerme un masaje “gratis”, les dije que no me interesaba y aún así siguieron llamando, quise hablarlo con el gerente pero el mismo personal no me lo permitió.
