"I loved the hospitality of everyone at the Resort. Everyone has a role and all staff are helpful to each other which I feel makes the job easier for them, so they’re not overwhelmed. This creates a better experience for us the customer. Everyone has a such a welcoming aura and vibe which made it very hard for us to leave the last day. I would recommend this resort a million times."

"The resort is big and has lots to offer, but the condition of the rooms are really bad. We had initially booked a room at the sunrise resort which had a horrific room. Stains on the walls, furniture, countertops and even towels. We paid another 1600usd to upgrade to the grand which was supposed to have nicers rooms, but it was literally the same condition, just much bigger since we upgraded to the governor suite since thats all they claimed was available. "My overall experience at Hard Rock hotel Los Cabos was great! My family spent most of our time at the Lyric Pool where we were well taken care of my staff. Rueben was very attentive to my fish and but allergies and ensured my experience there was not forgotten. I appreciate his friendly smile and fast service."

"This hotel has very poor food quality and is much more expensive than expected for a 5-star hotel. I would honestly recommend staying at another hotel for this price. The food was terrible, the glasses were dirty, and they even brought me a glass that still had red lipstick marks and someone else’s water stains on it. The pools were also dirty and not well maintained. Very disappointing experience."
