"The hotel itself was excellent, and overall the facilities and service were very good. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the adjoining room setup. There was an internal connecting door between our room and the neighbouring room, and the sound insulation was extremely poor. The guests next door were arguing throughout the night, and it genuinely felt as though they were in our room with us. The connecting door was clearly not sealed properly, with visible gaps around the edges allowing both noise and light through. This was particularly disappointing as it was our first night away from our one year old, and we were really hoping to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Sadly, that wasn’t possible. Had it not been for this issue, our stay would have been excellent."

"Good sized room with comfortable bed that is in the heart of the city with easy access to nightlife and L1. However room was like a sauna with only a small fan to cool the room which was insufficient. This caused a broken nights sleep as it was impossible to get comfortable. Also bin in the bathroom was not cleaned after last guest which creates questions on cleanliness. Could not get the wifi to work or use smart TV features."
