"Looks like it was once a grand plush hotel, room dated but large and clean and the bathroom looked recently refurbed, got a triple room for same as a double which turned out to be a bonus as we had seperate bedrooms,close to station and bars, cracking stay for a game at anfield."

"The breakfast was excellent. The only downside to our stay was the fact one of the lifts was not operating. "

"Check in was simple however you do have to pay a deposit it’s annoying that it’s not refunded right away however the rooms are clean the hotel corridors are clean the beds comfy and they have shower and bath tubs so that’s always a bonus I’d stay again "

"Didn't use the bars this time, have done in the past but all looked good. Breakfast was good choice and hot. Attentive staff, friendly too. Reception staff excellent. "
