"The building is beautiful and remodeled with lots of interesting touches. However, this hotel is by no means family friendly. I was traveling with my 12 year old son. The lobby isn’t really a lobby but a neighboring restaurant that may or may not be open at advertised times. The pool is part of a rooftop bar that ‘allows’ hotel guests under 21 only from noon to 7. "WiFi didn’t work at all, but the room was clean and the balcony was nice. The lights in the restroom were a bit busted but overall a nice restroom WALLS ARE THIN!!! I could hear the life story and drama of my neighbors and when folks were in the pool you could hear everything"

"Beware the room is clean amd ok for you to get thru the nite. Lobby area looks like the year i was born and I am 40 plus they really can invest in a better seating area. The ride on thier shuttle is $10.00 per person and you better pay it . And when you check out they charge $5.00 ,per piece of luggage to hold which is insane. I could not wait to check out the next morning. Staff is great but hotel charge will rapes your pockets"

"The hotel property is very run down. Our first room smelled like cigarettes upon entry. We asked for another room and this second room smelled a lot better but was still not great. The cleaning staff had left a used cleaning glove on the floor. The floors were also not very clean. Overall would not return. Property also charges $40 a night for parking onsite. Pros: Location is great and walkable to old town."

"This hotel was super close and close to everything we wanted to see. Universal. Hollywood sign. Holly wood walk of fame. The pool was super cute and clean and big. The hotel was clean and staff were amazing 10/10 would stay here again and again."
