"Service: Our butlers, Pingting and Brandon, were the highlight. They were helpful and attentive, and they handled our scheduling so we never had to think about logistics. Coming back to a bubble bath they had drawn for us, unprompted, is the kind of touch we'll remember. The rest of the staff matched that standard everywhere we went.
Food: We loved Cilento, El Suspiro, and Cala di Luna, and each one felt like its own experience. Even the pool food was great, which is rare. We never felt like we had to leave the pool to eat well.
Drinks: Excellent everywhere we went. The crème brûlée martini at Bar de la Calle was a standout and worth a visit on its own.
Atmosphere and amenities: The resort is beautiful, relaxed, and polished. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to unwind.
