"We all loved our stay. The food (even an ice cream vending machine), special dinners, public Onsen, happy hour and in room Onsen were fabulous. We even experienced our first earthquake!!! A memorable experience."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"2泊3日の連泊で利用させて頂きました。 桃源台から徒歩2分でロープウェイ、海賊船、箱根登山バス等を利用しやすく大変立地の良いホテルでした。小田原駅までの送迎バスは行きが予約がいっぱいで取れなかったので、早めに連絡すれば良かったです。 スタッフの方は外国籍の方が多くビックリしましたが、皆さん丁寧に対応してくださったので安心して過ごせました。 アメニティは申し分なく、タオル類が大浴場に設置されていたので手ぶらで行けるのが嬉しかったです。 食事は朝夕90分のバイキング方式で時間帯によっては混みましたが、空いているところを回れば問題なかったです。連泊したので2日とも同じメニューが多かったですが、変更してくださったものもありましたので、かえって1日目に気に入ったメニューをまた食べられて良かったです。 お部屋は綺麗でお隣や廊下の音が気にならず静かに過ごせました。 また箱根に行くことがありましたら利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—within easy walking distance of both Yokohama Chinatown and Motomachi. "The property is located in front of the lake, walking distance to multiple restaurants and ferry to the Hakone rope way. Place is peaceful. Love the sauna and the private Onsen. I would stay here again. There was 5 of us, plenty of room to be comfortable."

"It’s convenient, close to the station and is in a nice area. The staff are very kind and helpful as well! The rooms may be small, but it is an average size for Japan’s hotel rooms, but they are still very functional. The bathrooms are good and clean, and also come with every necessity. :) Recommend for traveling in Yokohama area, as it is also walking distance to tourists sites!"

"The hotel is very nice and the satff very helpful. It has stairs that you have to use to use to connect from on e tower to the other. The onsen is basic, it has only one pool and all the ammenities are in another floor ( it does. not male any sense) We have sent our luggage and it was perfect! The meals are great"
