"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"This is a unique property and a total throw back to another time (the main house is from the 1890s). The traditional kaiseki was impeccable, the breakfast was delicious, and the property is gorgeous. Added bonus: hot spring water is piped to your room bath! Sadly let down by a poorly sign posted entrance (had to walk a complete circuit in the dark to find it) and then unmanned reception which seemed to take forever and couldn't connect to the verification process so ended up giving up."
