"Room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Housekeeping staff were excellent in cleaning the rooms. Breakfast had a good variety and every thing tasted fresh and delicious. However, the room air conditioning and ventilation is centrally controlled. During our stay, there was zero air conditioning and ventilation. I highlighted this to the front desk and they sent someone to check and told us that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and working as usual. But I can absolutely tell that there was no ventilation as there was no sound at all from the vents. The staff were considerate enough to send us 2 fans. I would like not stay here again due to the lack of air conditioning."
