"Brand new property. Huge property. No beach really. Don’t come here for a beach option. Lots of food options however the only downside was reservations for evening dining was awful and limited times for thousands of people on site. "

"I loved most every thing about this resort. Workers are amazing, from bartenders to food servers and watching their cleaners was actually a treat!! They all worked hard and most importantly in a +ve nature. They remembered you from the 1st drink you ordered from them, amazing."

"You will get tormented unless you do the “Orientation Meeting”. Called our rooms 8:30 and for 2 days until I disconnected the phone. This turned us off the very 1st day. Most staff are friendly but many aren’t into it. Bartenders are slow and have conversations between themselves when there are lineups. Be prepared to be spoken to like a child. Food is abundant but buffet is not great. Japanese restaurant"

"Everything was great! Rooms were clean, staff were great, friendly, and very efficient. Food was really good as well and they serv pretty fast for a very busy place! They have a good system for buffet too. AC was good and working, views were great. The only thing that was disappointing was the wifi, most of the time we had no connection, and our last 2 days no wifi at all. "

"Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended This is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The experience has been extremely disappointing. There is no clean or safe pool available for kids, and there are no activities or events as expected from a hotel like this. "Everything was great. All the staff from every area were so nice. They make you feel welcome as soon as you get there. I would like to mention Esteban aka “speedy” his help and service was amazing. Also, at the pool bar Eduardo gave us an amazing experience, he is one the best bartenders we have ever met. We would be back soon for sure. "

"Horrible stay. Transportation from the airport was supposed to be included, but whey we arrived, it was not. Had to spent $150 to get to the hotel, and another $60 to the airport. On the first night, someone tried to get into the room at 1h30 am, and the next day, the reception called us while we were sleeping to say they wanted to come inside the room to change the lock. "Our stay overall was ok, but there are a few details missing. Let’s start with the PROS: the staff was great! Super friendly specially at the front desk, very helpful, smiling all the time. The rooms are very nice. Very very clean hotel overall. We really liked that. Breakfast buffet is very good too. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was the best. "Staff were great, rooms were nice. We were concerned about food safety but we all did fine and had everything including sushi and salads. Desserts were really good. Each property has a different vibe with Sunrise being most party-like and The Grand most little kid friendly."

"This hotel is really good. The staff is amazing, Reina at the front desk, Claudia at the coffee shop and Chef Ernesto really tried their best to make us feel appreciated. I like the food variety at the Buffet. There are 4 restaurants and tge food was good. Overall everything was great. The only things I would improve are the recreation activities and the rooms need a makeover. However everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend this hotel"

"Resort is nice but quite small in comparison to others we’ve stayed at in the past. Small offers some advantages as everything is close but it also makes for a fair amount of congestion and this makes for a bit of an over crowded feeling. "
