"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Perfect location so close to the airport for a 1 night stay over. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and even offered airport pickup free. Breakfast was beautiful and staff were very attenuative. "We have had a wonderful 8 days at Grand Mirage. Great room, quiet overlooking the gardens and fish pond. Cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The staff are very welcoming and friendly always offering big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the adults only infinity pool 💕 all inclusive was great all the food and drink you can eat, choice of restaurants and bars. "To leave the property because the room that I was allocated was extremely musty and there was some type of fumes in the room that made my eyes burn my nose and I found difficult to breathe. The bathroom was very unclean around the tiles and I felt dirty in the shower. The toilet was only designed for a child. I am 6 foot three and 100 kg but I’ve never had a hotel room where the toilet was like a child’s potty. They tried to give me another room but every room they gave me was worse so I had to...

"Second time stay for us and it was just as beautiful as we remember. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Used the gym this time and there was plenty of machines to use so lots of options. We had a poolside room with our own plunge pool which was amazing-the pool was packed this stay so definitely worked out we had our own little space to enjoy. Will definately be coming back!"
