"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Es war bereits mein 4 Besuch in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal ist von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die sehr hübsch eingerichteten Zimmer haben alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war wie immer super von der Auswahl und der Qualität. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mehrmals in der Woche gibt es dort einen Themenabend mit zB. Traditionell Balinesischen Tänzen. Ich freue mich schon auf ein Wiedersehen."

"A really enjoyable hotel with great facilities at a reasonable price. Our room was tidy, clean and well serviced. The food and beverage options were diverse and the standard across the resort was consistent. Our preferred eatery was the Ayodya Beach Club where it was more of a restaurant quality but that’s not to diss any other venues. We didn’t get to them all but what we did have was a good quality. The resorts team were efficient, friendly and willing. While this is true of Bali...

"Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend."

"The staff at the concierge and check in counter are excellent. Very warm service. It is also at a very convenient location to supermarket, dining options and the beach. However we accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe and housekeeping are not too honest. They claimed they only found one item. So what happened to the rest? It's a pity because this tainted the impression and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone anymore."
