"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Great location, fantastic clean room and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the VIP experience was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around...

"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."

"Dirty, moldy, staff to come into make bed and fill water and change towels. Nothing else. It remained dirty and moldy the whole week. Breakfast had full of flies sitting on. Service rushed, still food stains and crumps on the table as other guests leave. Only two good things: excellent Indian restaurant and spa."

"Got the all-inclusive stay for 4 nights. Paradisus was well maintained and quite beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food is the only ok part. The breakfast menu is the same every day and there is only 1 place to eat. Lunch and dinner have a bit more variety but the menu is pretty small that they can all get boring after a few times. Another problem is we were not able to make any reservations online since they showed all booked up, we had to go to the reservation desk that...

"Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."
