"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff is awesome and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely beautiful and clean. We had the opportunity to attend the Wednesday evening buffet and fire dance and we were so impressed with all of it! We also had spa services and were very happy with that as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing too! Highly recommend staying here!!"

"Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort."

"THE FOOD WAS AMAZING !!!! No need to worry about Bali belly here lol and we had tons of ice and fruit too and still we were fine . Food is world class high quality and really tasty YUM!!! The rooms were clean and no complaints here. Its beach was beautiful truly an amazing place to stay id come to Bali and come stay here again . Plus it’s more convenient for trips to Ubud since there is a toll road ! We ended up staying in seminyak thinking it would be easier to get to Ubud but had no idea the...

"This was paradise, in every way. Superb choices for breakfast that included many regional favourites, unbelievably lovely staff. EVERYTHING was excellent including the way they accommodated us after checkout while we waited for an evening flight. Shout out to Haris and team for their friendliness, service and information."

"The location is good but pool area’s small and unable to swim morning laps before 9:00am as is pool closed. There are multiple poolside rooms making it busy and unable to get a day bed. Restaurant was nice. We experienced the Mexican themed night buffet which was good. Great entertainment. Staff were awesome. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was ordinary. Room was pleasant nice bed. Overall 3/5"

"Incredible resort! Would highly recommend, I had an amazing experience. The restaurants were delicious, staff so attentive and helpful. So great you don’t even need to leave the resort. Breakfast had fantastic options. Definitely do the all inclusive."

"The photos don't do it justice and I was a little pensive when I booked here but it was just perfect. From the amenities, staff, pool, cleanliness and food it was all amazing. Ill definitely look at booking here again on my next visit."
